The Company strives to provide each employee with a safe and healthful work environment. Each employee has responsibility for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all employees by following safety and health rules and practices and reporting accidents, injuries and unsafe equipment, practices or conditions.
Violence and threatening behavior are not permitted. Employees should report to work in condition to safely perform their duties. The Company prohibits any employee from reporting to work or otherwise being on the job under the influence of any illegal drugs (including inhalants other than nicotine), any prescription drugs not prescribed for the employee’s current use by a licensed health care professional or not used as prescribed, and over-the-counter drugs that are not used for their intended purpose and according to manufacturer’s directions. Further, employees cannot work under the influence of alcohol or otherwise be under the influence of alcohol on the job when/where the safety of the employee or others is at risk.
